In the event of suspected battery failure and/or battery not able to perform to reasonable expectations, the customer can call or send a message via whatsApp to the manufacturer's Customer Service Hotline or visit any of our authorized Dealer or Outlet.
- Authorized personnel from the manufacturer or the outlet will perform a diagnosis on the battery and the vehicle to determine fault.
- If the battery failure is determined to be a manufacturing or quality defect, or battery performance failure due to unexpected degradation, or other factors not related to any Limitations on Warranty Liability issues, the Outlet or manufacturer representative will immediately honor the Warranty according to the Terms of Warranty.
- The defective battery will be returned to the Outlet or manufacturer representative during the course of Warranty Claim.
- Def-Con 5 reserves the right to have the Customer present during diagnosis.
Warranty will be rendered VOID due to any of the following:
- Failure to show Proof of Purchase and/or failure to activate Warranty.
- Battery damaged by fire, collision, flood and other factors unrelated to normal battery operation.
- Unauthorized installations and unauthorized transfer to another vehicle or applications.
- Unauthorized tampering of batteries. Example - Opening up of casing.
- Any damages to battery including battery casing which are not related to quality or manufacturing defects.
- Any damages due to malfunction of vehicle's electrical system.
- Any damages due to adverse environmental conditions in which the battery is kept.
- Any damages due to customer abuse or negligence.
